Guarantee/Returns
We created this website because the feedback on these CDs has been outstanding. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the CD(s) you selected or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@greatrelaxationmusic.com or call us at 702.395.5268 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the CD is unused and in the original packaging.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when the order was placed.

Shipping
Great Relaxation Music uses the US Postal Service for most orders within the United States. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at 702.395.5268. We can do that too. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Nevada. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in North Las Vegas. All other states are tax-exempt.
